An overview of the Subliminal Sleep Absorption Process
Studies show that by producing a white noise overlaid on a spoken word which is barely audible to the conscious mind, one can engage their subconscious mind. While the conscious mind cannot perceive the speech, the subconscious and its advanced filtering capabilities can hear what’s being said.
When the subconscious hears and absorbs the spoken word, this action is subliminal. That is to say, your subconscious mind hears, but your conscious mind does not.

Studies show (again) that subliminal learning is most effective at the optimal sleep level, or "Stages 3 and 4 Sleep." When the mind is exposed to subliminal speech at this sleep level, absorption of the associated message is most effective. The brain achieves a higher level of "oneness" than at other times.
Longer periods of subliminal exposure coupled with more repetitions is more effective for memorization. To make this happen, we recommend the chunking technique.
Chunking is a study technique where you break your information into smaller parts (chunks). Then, you study each smaller piece individually. Use longer sleep periods to allow more repetition, and longer absorption periods.(i.e. an overnight 8-hour sleep cycle, or a 4-hour nap cycle.)
Side note - Subliminal exposure coupled with conscious (awake) studying time is the most effective method for learning information.
White noise is considered to be the most effective background audio for deeper sleep cycles. However, the introduction of a steady sleep rhythm, or the sound of a peaceful afternoon rain can also be effective, depending on the person.
Most importantly, you should select a sleep audio that will work best for your individual needs.
